I’m delighted that highly-regarded PR professional Clare Schofield has joined Unique as Director of Communications. We’ll be working in partnership to run the agency day-to-day.
Clare has worked in-house for the BBC and for large communications consultancies. She has a wide-reaching client experience, mainly on business-to-business accounts, including Brother UK, Shell Global Solutions and Norwich Union.
Clare has also worked with CMMC (Central Manchester University Hospitals Foundation Trust) on a communications audit, website and branding project and can count the National Council for Work Experience, Harvey Nichols, Birmingham City and Whitbread among her consumer portfolio. Not only will her experience be fantastic for our current client base, but we’re also busy with new business opportunities in some 'new to Unique' sectors so she can take the load off me a bit!
Expert in media relations, campaign planning and strategy, Clare is extremely hands-on for a senior consultant, utlising her considerable skills at all levels of a campaign. She’s not afraid of hard graft and is quietly determined to get the best possible outcomes for her clients – and there are many who’ll testify to that!
Clare lives in South Manchester, and she enjoys exercise (her yoga fad is over, she's now moved onto kick-boxing!), is a reluctant snowboarder and enjoys cooking and eating out.
